I feel like this was almost a recovery run because the legs are still sore from hoop yesterday (although I feel like a giant pussy writing that because of that 12 hr crowd) and I also feel like I am trying to teach myself how to run correctly which is a very strange feeling. Real focus on drawing the foot back before it hits the ground, landing on the mid to front part of my foot, and arm swing. About 2 miles in the toes on the left foot started to feel a little numb so I stopped at the halfway point and loosened up the shoes. That did the trick.
