Connor didn't really want to run but he didn't want to stay at home alone for 30 minutes either so he sucked it up and came with me. We took it easy and normally this would be a piece of cake for him but he wasn't into it and he wanted to stop several times. Good easy, recovery run though with my new Kinvara 3s.
