Enjoyable run this morning. 10:01, 9:11, 9:09, 8:54, and 9:31. Felt like I had a lot in the tank. My right knee is a little sore but I felt very good. Wondering if I should put in a few miles tomorrow or just take the day off before hitting my long run on Sunday? I've got work work travel Monday night and coming home via the red eye on thursday night/Friday am. Not sure if that matters or if I should put in a little more weekt his weekend.

How about we move 5/14 run to tomorrow, giving you Monday off. Then move 5/18 to 5/16 while you are in CA, giving you the 18th and 19th off (or you could run 3-4 easy on either day if you want to be loose) before the long run on the 20th. Just thinking out loud, and none ofthis would be a problem. We have to build this around your life a bit or you won't be able to maintain it.

And watch that knee. When you think about it, ice it. Try to maintain it now before it gets to be a bigger problem. And keep posting the status of it because that will affect recommended workouts.
