My foot's been bothering me but I think the new sneakers are helping. A mostly easy 5 on the treadmill at the Y. Why is that place so flipping cold? weird.

Yeah. I remember you saying its always hot but the air was blowing on me and it took me a while to warm up. Wah, wah, wah.
I know. the 5s are so freaking boring but that's all I've got time for when I'm not getting up at the crack of dawn (and I dont miss it). Weekends havent's been great either. Prolly a month of boringness before December kicks in. But I don't hate running right now, I'm not always tired, and my body doesn't always feel like shit. Hmmm.
