Felt pretty good today after using the stick before I headed out. A blistering 8:54 for my 4th mile. The people in the motherland aren't as friendly as I remembered. Good thing I had gloves on so I could say hello in Italian.
Look at you pretending to me a runner just like me. (Meaning i am pretending as well, don't pretend to be me.) Glad to see you back at it!
