After time off from being sick and a crazy 6 day business trip in CA I'm back at it. Windy today and generally felt stiff. The pace didn't feel hard until the least .5. It appears the ankle is completely healed so no more excuses there. Not sure how the Spring is going to go but I need to get back at it. Probably some early mornings in my future.
