Didn’t sleep great but I felt good this am with some residual soreness from Sunday. I could tell immediately that I had some decent energy this morning. My goal heading up the hill to McDougal’s was to keep it at under a 9 pace for the 3rd mile and I felt really strong and pushed a little bit. I took advantage of the downhill on Oak Street and then just kept it at an even pace. The hill up Shaw’s Ridge was the same thing and I never lost any time.
