Woke up at 4:53 without an alarm after going to bed very early. I had no real destination this morning and ended up at the Veteran’s Cemetery off of Stanley Road. Nice run and the rain held off. The story here is my weight which continues to drop. After the run I was within 1.5 lbs of my playing weight in college and the lightest I've been since the Bush Sr. Administration.
