another good week.... when the hell are we running?

I know right? I've been running a lot solo lately because baseball is so time consuming. We lost our first All Star game Saturday and if we lose again we are out which can be as soon as tonight which means the season is over. My issue now is that my hip pain has moved into my lower back and I'm struggling. I may need to shut it down but definitely need to go to the doctors. But between work this week, vacation next week, and work travel the week after I can't do much about it.

seriously? get better - maybe a few vacation days are just what the doctor ordered...
