This is the first time I did the intervals from PT on the road with the GPS instead of the TM. Today I got to run for an entire 4 minutes without stopping! 4 mins run/1 min walk for 5 reps. While my thighs, quads, and hips are sore from the bike and the iso exercises the normal running soreness isn’t there so I felt lighter on my feet. I didn’t intend on running at 7ish pace, it just happened but I felt really good. This basically turned into 800 intervals. No bike today. Off to the Sox for the kids first game.
