I'm starting to like the Life Cycle because i can just crank away and not worry about steering like that other silly video game thing. But the clips bug my feet even if I adjust them. I'll need to figure that out. This was almost like a Fartlek work out in that I would go hard for various intervals of 1, 2, 3 mins, etc and then take a minute or 2 off, and go again. This was in between about a 10 minute warm up and other periods of more steady progress. Overall felt good, and had a lot in the tank at the end which was a pleasant surprise. I was originally planning to run 20 today with 10 @ MP (8ish) but I'll have to take what I can get.
