An easy 6 today and continuing to feel like I’m moving in the right direction with the allergies. It took the watch the entire run to catch up with the GPS but it was behind by about 40 seconds over the first mile. 5 minutes into the run a dog broke off its chain, barking and freaking out at me, while cars drove by on High Street. Nice. Settled into the run and mostly just kept it at an easy podcast pace for the entire run. I noticed that I am more naturally running on the front part of my foot and wondering if the Vibrams have something to do with that. @ the start of the run it was 48 degrees and at the end it was 58. Should be a good one today. Under 160 for the first time since September.
