74/67. Humidity is coming back. I started slowly, mainly because of that, but eventually got going pretty well. Also minimized stops: drank water fast and ate gels on the run. Forgot to start Garmin after on drink stop and ran for a while before noticing. Dropped to a jog for the last mile or so. Myrtl plus a few back exercises.
