8 mile (subjectively) moderate progression run from 8:57 down to 8:06, each mile 6-7 seconds faster than the previous; then 1 mile easy. I seem to have a mild cold. So I abandoned my planned long run today and did this instead. It felt a little harder than expected, perhaps because it was on a treadmill, some of my energy is going to fighting of this cold, and my stomach was a bit off.
