Same as Monday: 4 slow hills halfway up Eversfield. Last night I deferred my Rehoboth registration. Then I drank a bottle of wine and moped around. Now I can focus on fixing my body. Compared with Monday, I felt better (though not great) running around UP before the repeats today, even though I did my PT exercises yesterday. The repeats themselves were again a mess, but this time I felt more outer hamstring tightness (either that or nerve pain down my leg) than glute tightness. Perhaps I was leaning forward more? It's still too much of a mess to do more repeats, but inching in the right direction.
