71/67. Plus 8 hill sprints (first time for years). The hills really pissed off my injured glute, which was the idea. I can't keep my stride even on the hills. I involuntarily protect my right side, which hurts upon the impact of my foot with the ground. The problem is not that I can't push with that side. It's landing that's the problem.
