Good solo run at 10. Hard to get started, but felt good by the end. Legs were super sore after the workout yesterday and my left upper ankle was stiff. Then I drained my legs and it felt much better. I think I need to roll out my legs more than I currently do (aka at all). Also, these shoes are starting to hit the end of their lives.
