Beautiful night for a run, got out eary, stiff to start but got the bit between my teeth. this was just to get the 100k for the month, so only needed 4 k or so. Pretty quick time but probably tired following last nights 10k Home to get organised for getting the floor boards in tomorrow. scary will have to move the big green lounge and the top off the big entertainment unit...hmmm. anyway see how we go..
