After Megsy fell over yesterday I couldnt let her go by herself :-) Pretty cold but not too wet. Achilles sore as ever and a bit tight in the right hammy but overall not too bad after running like crazy on wednesday night. Watched american life on mars and had a coupla drinks,and converted some publisher files into images for megan. early start today to install a pda in the depot..
