Hmm bit stiff and slow to start, turns out wind largely behind me though, so out in 13:10 and back in only a few less. Went quite hard, definitely tempo pace. Nothing really hurting, didnt feel the niggle or achilles maybe a bit of heel discomfort at one point. good run.
