So made sure I told someone at work Id run 16k, just so I would go through with it. Did one of coachwood, then saw my mate, so instead headed out on the run round bradman road, then did the remaining lap of coaxchwood and home for th3 10.3, dropped the jacket, ran a loop to the front door, then did 4.5 laps of coachwood, in fact went the other direction for a change, the wind was awful in my face really hard for the first half of the laps, quite nasty and cold really, just too nasty and draining to conisder doing a 21 k job. Good to get under 5.per k for the long one at least.
