Notes
Had a good start to the sore throat cold this weekend, didnt go yesterday as a result, hayley cooked a stir fry chicken dinner, had some nice speights beers but woke up pretty good today, still had the sore throat. megan and i slept in till about 8.45 which was nice. went to the shops and looked at air conditioners, popped in and caught mum at the rsl and took her home. went back later with hayley while megan shopped, finally decided to go out and run. felt ok actually, took it easy but could have gone further and faster, but felt it was a good idea to take it easy with the cold coming on.
