Had a sleep after work, maybe tired after running and training yesterday. still got out if a bit late, took it easy to start as still asleep! went a bit faster and felt better as I warmed up. still a pretty lame effort but got out anyway. sammy had her first day of work at coles, and it was bens birthday. oh and hayley roped me in again to take her to luna park on sunday, so no chance of filling in for 6th grade. bugger.
