Wow spent all week worried about my left hamstring which was really sore the day after last game, so no sprinting just a few walks, took it easy etc..in the end no issues and was able to run well again. First few minutes did a great intercept running back overtaking the centre forward, picked up on back stick, swerved right along the base line, and then jinked back in and hammered the ball to 6 inches from the other back line! did some good passing moves between rod and glen and rossco and nil all at half time. peter krep scored a cracker from 45 angle top of the circle, then I let my inner run, was a bit lazy or something near the base line, and they scored, ouch. came back and did some more good attacks, but i had the last 5 to 8 minutes off, bloody glen called me off. still great run, two beers afterwards, drove home in bad rain...and then this morning the back room started flooding, so I had a few hours off on personal leave, and bailed out the back room, inlcuding blocking the gutter on the right side, and cleaning the rest of the gutter so it all came out at the fence side..which might stop the drain overflowing near the corner of the garage...oh game score, one all, goal peter krepp. rod played his first game, les in goals, dave away, also ross angus first game..
