Bugger it I thought as I ran to get across the old princes hwy, I might as well keep running. Ran to about 2.58 k and came back cant remember the street name, but first one before the usual roundabout. Felt pretty good, not fit but the knee didnt seem to tweak at all. icing now. tried to concentrate on not pigeon toeing on the left side whether that matters dont know, but looks a bit like that compared to right side so might be twisting the knee a bit..might get more support shoes, or less? great to have a run..
