Notes
Tried to take it a bit easy since game the next night, but still..bob proctor took us for a fitness run, a circut, 5 or 6 50s and another mini circuit, brought back some memories..then a quarter filed game firrst off for a change, then a two on two drill alternating with a passing running to the next station down the field, then a 5 on 4. I left about 8.10 while the last one was still going, to stay fresh and to get home in time for survivor :-)
Oh yeah scored a good goal in the quarter field game , back stick stretched out on the ground one handed to a cross in to the middle...nice one and I was part of the breakout and lead up too .
