Storming first half, running off john hol at right half, combining with glen and keith, i played right inner, rod centre half, I scored two blinders. one turned on the ball at the top of the circle and smashed it home 110 miles an hour cant believe how fast it went, the other I ran down the right middle, called and recieved from keith or john on the right side, weaved left and right from near to top into the circle and just before the tackle attempt smashed another one equally hard into to the corner/backboard. brilliant fun. and we played really well passing the ball around, and personally i did lots more of beating the man and running into space, passing off etc.. second half i started off, but came on centre forward, won two or three short corners dribbling into the circle and beating he guys, and one stroke, beat 3 blokes before being hacked..rod begged for it and ok i said he could take it and he scored, made it 3 nil,, they got one later, i actually missed a chance from a ross cross close to the backline but it was good shot just missed...great night great to win, great to score another double against macarthur !!! ps dave and mark bayley also had good games, les in goal as usual great too. peter macey went off for xrays getting hit in the chest. I felt a bit groiny towards the end, good idea to rest this wekend.
