Well I took it easy it was a busy mornng testing office 2007 stuff and my brain was fried, but good to get out. so never felt too bad in fact quite good considering 10k last night. off to slc for a meeting afterwards, and helped bill witht he cameras after which was good. picked up hayley and back for a lamb roast bbq which was fab and watched a drew barrymore romcom a bit ma but not bad. just put all the girls to bed me to follow soon. oh yeah ps took my pulsw at morning tea time in the dunny on wednesday, it was between 42 and 44. wow!
