Gee another plus 5 run, but it was hot and I didnt want to bonk like yesterday so started slow. Wore the orange ramblers shirt which is hot too! lots of dog walkers coupla runners, no rabbits! saw Bill Murray driving by! home to meegie still working and it was raining after I got home so havent walked milo, feeling guilty maybe befoe I go to bed ??
