Notes
So I had hayley overnight on sunday and took her to school today as her mum was up the coast with her friend jenny, i picked her up from school, we had dinner at oatly i cooked snags, and she did some homework and watched a bit of tv it was nice. THne home to megans place, watched the first bit of the new show flashforward, and I ducked out for a run went easy i thought felt fine all the way, didnt kill myself so nice time. great to have no wind and no dust for the first time in ages.
