Nasty after the longest run of my life the night before! tight in the left hammy mainly , but no energy, not helped by the sugar crash from having a super fat cupcake from lukies birthday at about 11.15 am ! great to get it done though, and just back from watching state of origin at dave lucas place, great food from michelle, and daves other mates were good value, and glen and rod where there too. megan down at her mums, miss her, looking after milo though he is sitting in front of the fire on his mat..shhh dont tell :-)
