Sammys 15th birthday, she had girl friends over for a party at russos, girls only megan and ellie took them, i did the big run. Furthest ever run, 15 for sammys 15th ! did it no worries, although felt a bit flat from the start result of monday night footy with easty and jb watching he dragons, and didnt eat a proper lunch for some reason..only issue a bit of a cramp in my right calf with about two laps of coachwood to go. I started with the 4 laps of coachwood from the driveway, and finished at the door where I dropped my sutho jacket, then from the door to the alfords point 10k and back to front door.
