Flexi day, watched episodes of Primeval, walked milo, did some washing, weather kept getting worse, when I finally went out it was windy and overcast, temp dropping and rain coming! gee I luv running. so a bit stiff and tired from last night and the weekend, but got around ok. didnt take my jacket off the whole way, a first! but it was windy and even rained a bit about halfway thru. so good to get it done about to start a fire and watch some more primeval if I can. :-)
