Had to get a long one in, that was pretty easy although a bit weary towards the end. Oh and did 4k with megan straight before. good cool night, wind seemed to be in my face coming back most of the way which was a bummer. Miraculously got over all the major road crossings with nearly zero waiting, maybe a few seconds at one minor round about. thought the hill back up from the bridge would be a killer, but I took it easy and it felt fine. maybe I will go out harder next time, should do under 5 per k really...
