I am glad I took yesterday off to reset myself -- I think I really needed it. This tempo was pretty great, especially for an early morning workout! My goal was to ease into things at 5:40-45 and then drop to 5:35-40, and I pulled that off perfectly! My time was actually faster than my time at the D2 Challenge, so that's equal parts hilarious and pitiful.
I felt a little tired and out of it at first, but I fell into a nice rhythm right around 2.5-3 miles.
