Ran with Jack. I honestly didn't feel too bad until we had about 3-4 miles left. The humidity and heat started getting pretty bad at that point, but we definitely timed this run well in terms of beating the worst of it. We eased into things. I didn't have a watch, but according to Jack we started at 7:10 and 7:00 and then pretty much maintained in the low 6:50s to high 6:40s for the rest of the run. Not bad! First long run from the new house.
