Notes
This workout wasn't too bad for the most part. I basically did the entire 7 miles as a continuous effort, going right into 10xhill off the warm-up and then going right into the cool down afterwards. The hills weren't that bad; the first five felt fairly effortless and the last five were a little more challenging, but never anything crazy. I feel like I got a fair amount of work out of them. I was shooting for a 10k to half pace effort on the hills and then a recovery pace heading back to the bottom, so the mile splits seem to make sense. Overall, I'll take it. I did a 2.5 mile cool down to make things an even 7 miles.
The weather was definitely humid, but not nearly as bad as it's been.
