Notes
This was honestly a good run. I never felt bad aside from some lingering soreness from yesterday. I just made sure to ease into things. No splits since I still don't have my GPS watch back and working, but I will hopefully figure that out this week. The rain kept things cool. Thank god for that, because it cleared up and got really humid shortly after I finished.
I had to go back out and add a little bit to hit 15 once I realized I came up .4 miles short. That was a pain in the ass, but otherwise things were solid. Despite yesterday, this was a decent week of training.
