Notes
This was a solid long run! I started off feeling a little tired, but I seemed to wake up after about 4 miles or so. The wind was a little bothersome coming up Penn Grant, but otherwise it wasn't a problem. I was feeling decent so I dropped pace a little in the last two miles. I had to use Emily's watch because mine was dead, but I did get the splits for this run because I was pretty happy with how everything went and with how I worked down (I need to figure out how to just upload splits right from my watch to my log, but that's a project for another day):

Good shit. This was a surprisingly decent weekend of running. I think I just needed a change of scenery.
