My hamstring had been a little tight and achy after the 22 miler, so I took yesterday off and kept things chill today. Things felt okay for the most part -- just a little tightness and very mild pain a few times. Nothing extreme or long-lasting. I'm going to work out in the evening tomorrow to give myself another full 24 hours of rest time.
