66F-70F. 94% humidity. Was slightly sick overnight, throat issue, but I took yesterday off from running and slept early. This morning the throat was very dry, but body seemed ok so I went for the run. Felt lack of energy the whole run. Breathing was quite easy but legs just didn't want to move past the first 6 miles. I wanted to keep it slow but had not been able to without reverting back to shuffling form. Not a good run today. Glutes and hips still felt bad the rest of the day.
