Notes
Was sick yesterday. "Easy run". Legs felt fresh for the first couple of miles (5/10 effort), but heart felt stressed (7.5/10 effort). Took about 4 miles for the heart to felt more normal, but by then legs had gotten quite tired. Ate only a very small meal yesterday so I'm probably low on glycogen as well. It felt as if it took 3 to 4 miles to warm up but by 6 miles I've peaked out and needed to push.
