CARs and spine stuff throughout the day, progressing to AF and kettlebell. Loaded beast based flow. Found some nice drills with a band looped to the heavy kettlebell. Did some 35# KB swings. Inverted rows on the rings. Ran 2 miles...

So fucked up. Very difficult drive to get my kefir at work. Left it there yesterday. My neck is really dicey. Made it to work fearing for my life. Then quickly brought everything under control, but the CT junction is fucked.
