Time estimate. Was glad to find my shoulders easy to relax, right off the bat. Kept losing attention to nasal breathing. Gave attention to foot strike for faster, lighter turnover. The management of lightness is postural. Less focused in general though. Switching back to nasal breathing opened up the upper thoracic hinge. Didn't notice any T L spine clicking, but did have a little pain. On the way back my T L junction, right hip, and right ankle grew a little tickle of pain that may just be unfamiliar sensation. My general sense was that I need to be doing more. So, will be doing more this weekend.
