Started from M&M on 141, ran 4+ loops of the log cabin climb while Nye ran a longer course. Hiked most of the climb. 2nd lap was the best, ran up to within eyesight of the lava tube rock a couple times. Felt the groin blood flow and kept the area tighter, felt good. Didn't feel as bad as yesterday, but there are a lot more sensations on this terrain so I may not have noticed. Still, the broken up running felt fine, the run back was no problem. Second run, success. May have to run for real next time, 4 miles straight.
