Notes

Limited the distance and friction on the feet. Got too many blisters last week. Walked to the bike path and ran that. Only ran a little of the rest to feel it on my feet. The bike path run was okay. Felt my stride open up on the return, and close, and open again. Right leg doesn't cooperate, seems to have closed up again.Don't really feel the medial stuff to toe off with. Started with a mask, but no one else was wearing one, so took it off. This was my first concession to people's panic. That panic seems to be gone.
