Copied this entry from a couple weeks ago. Day started with CARs repeated at intensity. Almost the same day except no anxiety about my neck or back. My back rehab routine was replaced by Qigong and Animal Flow.

Very, very good focus on breathing carried from the Qigong, through those intense CARs and flow to the run. First mile up the hill in 10 min, last mile 9:27. Felt really drained, not having had any food all day except my typical BP coffee and cream in my tea. The drag in this state really feels terrible. I used it somewhat effectively to focus on breathing, seeking efficiency where my energy was gone. Wondering if the demands on my liver were what I was feeling. Did get right achilles pain that I associate with re-balancing my pelvis. Checking in with mechanics, I felt very good about similar footstrike side to side and posture. Right neck was pretty beat up though.
