Notes

Walked it and did various bodyweight workouts. I did cat crawl the rails, but no other obstacles. Started the walk wearing the aircast but took it off in the woods when lack of mobility was a problem. Took great care and had no soreness at all throughout the whole thing. Still don't plan to run at all until possibly mid-week, most likely not until the weekend.
