Tough first stretches of flat running. Ran a mile straight then stretched the ankle, walked a minute and ran to the pumphouse. Worked out at the pumphouse and climbed the railings. When I got to the pumphouse, a guy and girl had just stopped there so the guy could do some pullups on a tree I've been eyeing for the same purpose but haven't so I can do the railings. Ran to the Wright pond piney hill and worked out, ran to the cement block by the tree and did 5 pullups at the tree, and ran back. Ankle felt a little soft, maybe a little sore on the outside under the fibula afterwards. I realized the box jumps earlier in the day were a mistake. Successful return to running overall.
