Hiked this aggressively, to rehab my knee. Wore Lems. Did 3 minutes crab to beast switches at the top. This was a great idea. I got a very solid workout, lots of accessory muscle work. Probably better than running would have worked out my ankles knees and hips. Still unavoidable pain when pulling my trailing right leg forward while running. Just need a short swing, but really don't like what that adaptation does to my already limited hip.
